Emerging Zambian artist Hesbizo Zambia releases a compelling new single titled “Abantu,” featuring rising singer Derrickel ZM.
“Abantu” tells the story of a girl who stops Hesbizo and asks how he manages to stay strong when his own friends speak badly about him behind his back. He responds with a powerful metaphor: if people are throwing stones at a tree, it means that the tree is bearing good fruit. In other words, the more others try to pull you down, the more it proves you are doing something right.
